Meet Peter Barbati.

Peter has been a New Tecumseth resident since 1991. Peter has been a Realtor* for over 20 years, serving New Tecumseth and the South Simcoe area as well as the GTA.

Along with a busy professional life, Peter has also volunteered within the community as a sports referee, trainer and assistant. As well as volunteering within the community, Peter has also served on various boards and committees, hosted free classes on photography, participated in local trade shows, has supported the Ontario Realtor’s Party (non political) with their continuing work to help shape Real Estate legislation and support for affordable housing, run for public office and is currently a standing member of the TBDCC (The Tottenham Beeton & District Chamber of Commerce Inc.).

I make that clear from the start of our meeting and ensure that anticipated selling costs are understood throughout the listing process. This information really helps the seller better understand the process of obtaining the highest value for their home”.
